We have been making this pattern since 1988 and it has always been one of our most popular. The Day of the Dead or Days of the Dead are November 1 and 2 and a big holiday in Mexico and now quit popular in the US. A happy time to visit the cemetery and visit with relatives no longer alive. It is different than Halloween in being more upbeat. The pieces on this page are a representation of what you will receive. Each piece is made and decorated entirely by hand so each one is unique, one of a kind. Get in the spirit of life for some day we will not be here.

When I first made the Day of the Dead pattern I used Tin Oxide in my white glaze and when Tin comes in contact with the Chromium Oxide which I have in the black glaze it makes pink. These few Pink pieces are a throw back to the first skeletons.
